People who are in the Network tell us that one of the most valuable tools that the Network produces is the annual Network Salary Survey.
The survey takes the data provided by Network members and slices and dices it, so that you can look up salary information in a bunch of different ways:
- By geographic region
- By size of congregation
- By level of education
- By rostered status
- By gender
- By years of experience
- And more…
The Salary Survey is an especially helpful tool as you step into fall conversations about budget and salary. It is important to note that the survey is not the same thing as “guidelines.” Rather it is a snapshot of what currently “is.”
In the last two years, we did not have enough people take the survey to make it “statistically significant.” So this year, to create a helpful tool, we’re asking you to please fill out the survey. It won’t take you more than 10-15 minutes, and it will be a valuable tool for your colleagues, and for you.
