The ELCA Youth Ministry Network exists to strengthen and empower youth ministry 
leaders in service to Christ. The Network focuses on 3 primary areas:
- Spiritual renewal
- Great continuing education
- Connection betwween ministry peers
Todd Buegler serves as the Executive Director of the Network. He has been married to Lori since 1995, and they have two boys, Nathan and Samuel. He is the senior pastor at Trinity Lutheran Church in Owatonna, Minnesota. He grew up in the Twin Cities, attended Gustavus Adolphus College and Luther Seminary.
